Customer-Initiated Cancellations

A 10% deduction fee will apply if the order is canceled by the customer. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing the purchase.


Company-Initiated Cancellations

ROCKSTAR JEANS reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

* The product is out of stock      
* There is a pricing or listing error  
* The payment method is declined  
* Fraudulent transactions are detected  
* The shipping information provided is invalid or incomplete  
* The order violates the company’s terms and conditions  
* Technical issues disrupt order processing  

If your order is canceled by us for any of the above reasons, you will be notified promptly and a full refund will be issued within 14 days (if applicable).


Post-Shipment Cancellations

Cancellations will no longer be accepted once your order has been shipped. After shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details to keep you updated on the delivery progress of your package.

Please note that items purchased during a sale are final. No cancellations will be accepted after the order is placed. Refunds, if applicable, may take longer than usual to process.
