No Return Policy

We do not accept returns. All sales are final.

Exchange Policy

We offer a free one-time size exchange on eligible items.

Exchanges are accepted within 10 working days of delivery

Customers are responsible for the courier charges for sending the original item back to us.

Rockstar Jeans will cover the delivery charges for sending the replacement item.

Exchanges are subject to size availability.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all original tags attached and original packaging.

Customized items and items from the Rockstar Limited Collection are not eligible for exchange.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the exchange will be processed if it meets our policy requirements.

Exchange Process

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us for an exchange.

Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will process the exchange.
